Troubleshoot
Unable to sell Tokens? Connect your wallet to continue troubleshooting your issue.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Check your payment and network
Make sure you are buying on the correct network and that your payment method or source token has enough balance, including network fees.
Step 2: Use official sources only
Only buy TRUST through the official links and contract address listed on the TRUST website.
Step 3: Retry with a smaller amount
If the purchase keeps failing, refresh and try a smaller amount first to confirm it goes through.
Troubleshoot
Unable to sell tokens ? Connect your wallet to continue troubleshooting your issue.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Check your TRUST balance and fees
Confirm your TRUST is on the network you are selling from and that you hold enough native token to pay the fee.
Step 2: Adjust slippage
If the sale fails, raise slippage slightly (for example 1–3%) in the swap settings and try again.
Step 3: Refresh and retry
Close and reopen your wallet, then try selling a smaller amount first.
Troubleshoot
Transaction failed or stuck? Connect your wallet to help identify the issue.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Check the transaction status
Open your wallet's activity tab and find the transaction. If it shows Pending, the network has not confirmed it yet — this can take a few minutes during busy periods.
Step 2: Speed up or cancel a pending transaction
If the transaction is stuck, use your wallet's Speed Up option to resubmit it with a higher network fee, or Cancel to replace it. Never resend the same payment twice.
Step 3: If the transaction failed
A failed transaction does not move your funds, but the network fee is still consumed. Check that you had enough of the network's native token to cover the fee, then try again with a slightly higher fee.
Troubleshoot
Experiencing swap errors? Connect your wallet to proceed with troubleshooting.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Review the swap details
Confirm both tokens are on the same network and that you hold enough of the native token to pay the network fee for the swap.
Step 2: Adjust slippage
If the swap keeps failing, open the swap settings and raise the slippage tolerance slightly (for example from 0.5% to 1–3%). Prices can move while your swap is waiting to confirm.
Step 3: Refresh and retry
Close the swap screen, refresh the token list, and try the swap again with a smaller amount first to confirm it goes through.
Troubleshoot
Does your wallet display a "Something Went Wrong" error when you try to perform an action? Connect your wallet to continue troubleshooting.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Restart the app or page
Fully close the wallet app or browser tab, then reopen it. A temporary glitch is the most common cause of this error.
Step 2: Clear cached data
In your wallet's settings, clear the cache (not your recovery phrase — never share or delete that). On web, clear the site data for the page and reload.
Step 3: Update and retry
Make sure you are on the latest version of the wallet app or try a different browser, then repeat the action that failed.
Troubleshoot
Can't find your tokens in your wallet? Connect your wallet to check your public address and network as part of troubleshooting.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Refresh your balance
Pull down to refresh (mobile) or reload the page (web). Balances can lag behind the network by a minute or two.
Step 2: Check you are on the right network
Tokens only appear on the network they live on. Switch networks in your wallet and check whether the missing balance shows up.
Step 3: Add the token manually
If the token still does not appear, use Add Token in your wallet and paste the token's contract address from the official TRUST page. Only use contract addresses from official sources.
Troubleshoot
Having network or gas fee problems? Connect your wallet to continue troubleshooting.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Check network congestion
High demand raises fees and slows confirmations. If fees look unusually high, waiting for a quieter period can reduce the cost.
Step 2: Top up the native token
Every transaction needs the network's native token (for example ETH on Ethereum) to pay fees. Make sure you hold a small amount on the same network as your transaction.
Step 3: Adjust the fee manually
In the confirmation screen, open the fee settings and choose a slower, cheaper option — or a faster one if the transaction is urgent.
Troubleshoot
Sent your tokens using the wrong network? Connect your wallet to identify your public address and network and explore possible recovery options.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Confirm the network you sent on
Open the transaction in a block explorer and check which network it was broadcast on, then compare it with the network your wallet is currently set to. This tells you exactly where your tokens went.
Step 2: Check the receiving side
If the receiving wallet or exchange supports the network you sent on, switch to that network in your wallet — the tokens may already be there. Some exchanges need a deposit credit before the balance appears.
Step 3: Ask about recovery
If the receiving platform does not support that network, contact their support with the transaction hash and ask whether the tokens can be recovered. Never send your recovery phrase to anyone who offers to help.
Troubleshoot
Having trouble connecting your wallet to a website or dApp? Troubleshoot common connection problems.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Check the site and your wallet
Make sure the website address is exact and official, and that your wallet app or browser extension is unlocked and up to date. A locked wallet cannot answer a connection request.
Step 2: Retry the connection request
Disconnect any previous session in the site's wallet menu, reload the page, then click Connect again. Confirm the request inside your wallet — it only shares your public address.
Step 3: Clear stale sessions
If the connection still fails, remove the site from your wallet's connected-apps list, clear the browser's site data for that page, and try again from a fresh tab.
Troubleshoot
Unable to stake or unstake your tokens? Troubleshoot staking errors and withdrawal issues.
Can't connect?
Step 1: Check balances and network
Confirm your tokens are on the correct network for staking and that you hold enough of the network's native token to pay the transaction fee.
Step 2: Respect lock and cooldown periods
Staked tokens can be subject to a lock or unbonding period. If unstaking is unavailable, check the staking screen for a remaining cooldown before the withdrawal opens.
Step 3: Retry with adjusted settings
If the staking or unstaking transaction fails, refresh the page, try a smaller amount first, and raise the network fee slightly if transactions are timing out.
